Negombo Thermal Park
Negombo Thermal Park
The Negombo thermal park ischia is one of the most renowned thermal parks on the island of Ischia. In addition to its offer, the bay of San Montano is one of the richest basins in thermal wells, its history is fascinating: in fact it seems that Duke Luigi Silvestro Camerini purchased the entire area in the 1950s which brought to mind the bay of Ceylon, now Sri Lanka. He called it Negombo and brought numerous specimens of rare plants from the mainland. It is said that the first Cycads present on the island were precisely those from Negombo. From that moment art, nature and well-being have come together in a single union. Entering the park you will feel like entering a forest, an effect desired by the landscape designer Ermanno Casasco who signs the beauty of the garden. Arranged among the various terraces you will find, all along the hill, several swimming pools, each with its own gradation to choose from depending on the treatment you decide to have. The art resides in the garden, also arranged in a completely spontaneous way, have fun discovering it! For years now, Negombo Ischia has been home to Ipomea, the market exhibition of rare plants from all over the world. The thermal park Ischia also has its own life at night, its arena hosts numerous concerts between July and August, making that bay even more magical. Tour Ischia
